In this study, physiological and biochemical changes caused by mycorrhizal symbiosis in chickpea plants under drought conditions were investigated both root leaf. Drought stress reduced leaf water potential, but a significant increase potential. However, the application of mycorrhiza an amount elements that are very important for development plant our increased proline concentration MDA content, while decreased them root. addition, activity catalase, it superoxide dismutase. general, enzyme activities found to be higher leaf, no distinct pattern was obtained between other analyzes. The study shows responses may change depending on severity drought. Especially antioxidant content patterns reveal more comprehensive studies should conducted these issues. continuing until determining effects AMF grain yield provide results.
